MAGNETIZING EYES
1.Magnetizing eyes always should to start with the application of your liquid foundation.
Put on foundation on the whole face without skipping the area of the eyes. When you finish with that basic cover, go ahead and put some eye shadow on the eyes.
2.Go through your makeup kit and find the makeup sponge.
Dip it in the powder and continue by applying a little from the base to the top of the eye. This smooths the skin in the area of the eye.
3.Next comes eye pencil. Start from the inside of the lid at the top and proceed outwards. You should use the pencil to outline the top and the bottom of the eye.
The hardest part is when you get to the outside. Draw up the line then. This way your eyes would look lifted.
4.You are ready now to put one more eye shadow.
5.The eyelash curler has the final say to Magnetizing eyes.
Perform the curling step. Once you do this, allow to dry and repeat the step.
