Massage your hair each night, before going to bed for half an hour with curd kept in the open for three days or with a mixture of lime juice and amla juice drops. This also helps to treat dandruff.

Favorable effects on vitiligo gives a paste made from radish seeds.
Dip approximately 35 grams of the seeds in vinegar and apply on skin areas with altered pigmentation.
To get the best from this home therapy, crush seeds slightly until you have a fine powder, mix them with small amount of white arsenic, pour vinegar and leave for the night.
In two hours, the mixture is ready to be rubbed in areas affected by vitiligo.

How to strengthen hair by removing dandruff?

Dandruff can be successfully treated at home if you take the time and desire to do it.One of the effective means to remove dandruff are seeds Fenugreek (methi).
Mix two tablespoonfuls of fenugreek seeds in water for the night and crush the softer seeds into a fine paste in the morning.

Then spread the paste all over your scalp and leave it like that for half an hour. Wash your hair thoroughly with soap nut (ritha) solution or shikakai.

To augment the procedure effects, use a teaspoonful of fresh lime juice when you rinse your hair for the last time.

Yet another means to treat dandruff is to dilute equal quantities of cider vinegar and water and to apply it onto hair with a cotton pad (you better do this while having a shower, between the separate washes).

If you rinse your hair with cider vinegar during final rinsing can also help to fight dandruff.

How to strengthen hair with fluids?

Particular important is taking large amounts of fluids to help hydrate the hair. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day,fruit juice,herbal tea and other natural drinks.

The fluids helps the hair to be recovering faster and to be more healthy and resilient.
